Wheat flours
Our organic flours are made from soft wheat and organic French grains and cereals. They reveal our ancestral milling know-how of crushing on natural flint millstones. T65, T80, T110 and T150 flours are ideal for producing breads with an authentic taste and a honeycomb crumb, as well as old-fashioned baguettes. They are classified according to their ash content, designated by a type preceded by the letter “T”.
