Small spelt

Small Spelt flour, also known as einkorn flour, is a flour from the wheat family but considered to come from an older species of grain. This cereal has undergone little cross-breeding and is therefore very interesting for its dietary qualities. It contains all the amino acids our body needs. It has the advantage of growing in poor soils and contains little gluten.
