We are a family-owned company led by Bertrand Girardeau, rigorous professional of the milling industry, a business man with passion for good grain, sharing with his customers the passion for good bread and good dough.
Minoterie Suire is still reflecting the initial and desired image by the Girardeau’s family for over 100 years: “a small family”. As well as maintaining and preserving the tradition of the industry, we also want to sustain a corporate culture: a human-scale structure, revealing everyone’s potential, where excellence can only be produced if we unify our skills, motivation and commitment.
Our objective is as much the quality of our product as our employees’ working conditions. At the company, the notion of “Human Resources” takes on its full meaning and our vision and management of HR is translated by a invaluable commitment from our employees:

Our current team is composed of 20 people, including 5 millers, distributed over different tasks: production, exploitation, logistics, delivery, quality control, maintenance, bagging, commercial. It is completed and reinforced by the interventions of our experts: bakers, trainers, technicians, developers, buyers.
